7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unopened.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and packaging materials.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Products that have been opened, installed, activated, modified, or physically damaged are not eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our support team will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Photographs or videos may be requested to verify the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products with physical damage caused after delivery

Replacement Policy

Products found to be defective upon inspection may qualify for replacement subject to:

Refund Policy
